c.v  Full name: Raad Hashim Ameen Al-Tememi. Academic title: Teacher. Email address: raad@law.nahrainuniv.edu.iq. The Academic Certificate:- PH.D in the commercial law, which has been awarded by Bangor University in the U.K. -MSc. in Private law, which has been awarded by the college of law/Baghdad University. -Bachelor in law, which has been awarded by Al-Nahrain University. Professional experience: - Dr. Raad Al-Tememi has worked a governmental employee since 1995. During this period he occupied the post of the head of the Sector of legal Consulting and contracts in the Ministry of science and Technology before he moved to work at Al-Nahrain University/ the College of law. Academic experience:- - Dr. Raad Al-Tememi was acted a lecturer in the following colleges and Institutions: the Military College No. (1) and (2); Al Rafidain University College (2004-2005); Madenat Alelem College (2005-2010, 2015); Sader Al-Iraq College (2009-2010); Dijlah University College(2009-2010); the Institution of Technical Administration (2000-2005); the Institution of Training and Development of the Ministry of Science and Technology( 1996-2015). During the work in these academic institutions, Dr. Al-Tememi took over teaching the following topics: the military Penal Act; the Administrative Law; the Commercial Law; the Companies Law; the Commercial Instruments; the Theory of Obligations; the Entrance to Study Law; the execution Law. - He has participated in several training courses inside and outside Iraq, and in several investigative and academic committees, and he has awarded several thank letters for the proper performance of his duties. - During his service in Al-Nahrain University/ the College of law, He took over teaching the following scientific topics at the undergraduate stage: the Companies Law; Rights in Rem; Introduction to Study Law (in English). - He works currently in teaching the English Legal Language topic for postgraduate stage (the MSc. in the Private Law, the Public Law and Higher Diploma in Human Rights). - He has participations in number of voce exams for Postgraduate students (P.H.D and M.sc) in the Legal English topic, and in the Commercial Law (for the MSc students of the Private Law only). The Academic theses, books and Articles published or prepared for publication:- - ‘’The Iraqi policy of Life Insurance for the case of Death: a legal Study’’, a thesis submitted to the College of law at Baghdad University for awarding the degree of MSc in the Private Law, 2000. -‘’ Companies’ Directors in Iraqi Law and their Divided Loyalty: Lessons Drawn from English Law: Comparative Study’’. A thesis submitted to Bangor University in the U.K for awarding Ph.D. in Company Law, 2015. - The Legal System of Procurement Contract, a Legal Study in the light of the Public Contract Act No.87 of 2005 and Instructions enacted whereby, Al-Sanhouri Publisher, 2012, (a book). |
